In the unlikely event that customers receive a defective/damaged item they can return, exchange the item, or request a refund. They will be reimbursed in full for the initial shipping costs on defective/damaged items, and if they choose to exchange the defective/damaged items, the new items will be shipped at no cost.
For defective/damaged item the Customer must ask the return within 7 days from the order delivery date. To return the goods the customer has to send an email request with object “Request a Return”. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return/exchange approval and further instructions. Please include the Order Number, the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a defective/damaged items, or for an exchange, store credit or a refund. When the return is approved the customer must ship the item as soon as possible (max 1-2 days).
The customer must provide that the item is in its original condition with hangtags and security seals still attached.Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse, they will be checked.
The reimbursements will be processed within 30 days.
Any goods returned in an unfit condition will not be reimbursed. The reimbursement will automatically be issued to the credit card or bank account used for the purchase. Email confirmation will be sent to the address indicated at the time the order was placed.
Shipping costs must be paid BY CUSTOMER FOR ALL RETURNS or exchange items unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt. All sale/clearance/discounted and custom-made/sized items cannot be returned or exchanged. MICHELABRUNIREICHLIN.COM/SHOP is unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Michela Bruni Reichlin items that have been purchased on other websites or from other retailers. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Clients can choose between 3 compensation options:
- Item exchange: the Customer must ask the return within 14 days from the order delivery date. Items can be exchanged with a different one if available. MICHELABRUNIREICHLIN.COM/SHOP will make every effort to process exchanges in a timely manner. When the return is approved the customer must ship the item as soon as possible (max 1-2 days). During the holiday season, returns and exchanges may take longer to process.
- Store Credit: the Customer must ask the return within 14 days from the order delivery date. When the return is approved the customer must ship the item as soon as possible (max 1-2 days). Can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return; is not cumulative with other store credits; must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
- Refund: Refunds can be requested only for defective/damaged item. In this case the Customer must ask return within 7 days from the date on which he received the good. It will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. When the return is approved the customer must ship the item as soon as possible (max 1-2 days). For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Item(s) must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use, must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original hangtags and security seals still attached, and with packaging and other accessories received with the order.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. MICHELABRUNIREICHLIN.COM/SHOP reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Pick-ups for all authorized returns with MICHELA BRUNI REICHLIN’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
MICHELA BRUNI REICHLIN reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions. If an unauthorized return is accepted, MICHELA BRUNI REICHLIN will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
MICHELA BRUNI REICHLIN will not accept returned merchandised that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
